Cancellation Policy

In the event of any circumstances that require change to your booking, a 24 notice period is in place to cancel your booking.

If you cancel your booking on the day or do not turn up for your appointment a full treatment time fee will be incurred.

​

If your time slot is taken by another patient and you have been able to reschedule then we may be able to waiver the fee.
